At Shiloh Boutique, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our refund policy below.

 

Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

  • Items damaged due to misuse or wear and tear

  • Orders past the 7-day return/refund window

  • Change of mind or personal preference

 

How to Request a Refund

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.

 

Return Shipping

  • If your refund is approved due to a defective or incorrect item, we will provide a prepaid return label.

  • If the return is not due to our error, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returns without tracking.

 

Refund Processing Time

Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
